Leaders Framework at EnrichNest
The Leaders Framework is designed for older students who are ready to take greater ownership of their learning, deepen their understanding of the world and develop the skills needed for future success.
Students strengthen literacy, numeracy and knowledge of the world through practical, real-life learning experiences that make learning meaningful and relevant.
Through entrepreneurship, financial literacy, AI, creative projects and wellbeing activities, students develop adaptability, problem-solving skills and confidence for an ever-changing world.
Students are encouraged to think independently, explore their interests and take ownership of their development through inquiry, reflection and personal projects.
At the heart of the Leaders Framework is a commitment to developing confident, capable and independent young people who are prepared to thrive in both their present and future lives.
Classes
9:00am–2:00pm Monday to Thursday
9:00am–12:00pm on Friday
Throughout the week, students take part in a range of specified outcome sessions, including:

- Entrepreneurship (Advanced)
- AI Tools Application
- Financial Literacy
- Wellness
This framework equips students with the confidence, leadership qualities and future-ready skills needed to navigate an increasingly complex world while developing a strong sense of purpose, responsibility and independence.
